behind the scene
I started this because, when we played rugby at school and club level, we didn’t have access to proper recovery facilities. My main focus is helping every athlete become more professional, because sports around the world are now highly professional and performance driven.
Recovery is just as important as training, and it plays a vital role in an athlete’s success and longevity. Today, people all around the world not only athletes, but also everyday people suffer from injuries and physical pain.
I believe everyone deserves access to proper recovery and rehabilitation, and that anyone can recover and improve their quality of life with the right support. That’s why I started this to support future generations of athletes and help people of all backgrounds recover, perform better, and live healthier lives.
